Dalhart (TX) equine therapy for the disabled

Here is a list of SPECIFIC items that can be purchased for OAT and given as a donation. Please call (806) 333-3419 for shipping address and have them shipped directly to us or make arrangements to drop them off or have them picked up.

Storage Building FUND - we are raing money for a portable storage building to store riding equipment and horse feed. We need to raise about $4000.

Sound System FUND - we are looking to purchase an outdoor sound system in order to play music during sessions and for public speaking events. We need to raise about $500.

1. Winter Turn-out blankets – DONATE your unneeded blankets to OAT! We never know what sizes we will need – all sizes accepted. Please launder before donating.

2. Bridles – preferably brow band style headstall with throat latch; for safety purposes. If ‘used’; must be in safe, working condition.

3. Reins – preferably closed reins, english or western (roping style - extra long)

4. Saddles – english or western; youth and adult sizes needed. If ‘used’; must be in safe, working condition.

5. Saddle pads – $25-40, english and western, preferably washable fleece or quilted cotton/poly.

6. Girths – $15-40, english and western, call us first for needed sizes, preferably fleece lined nylon.
